It is with great regret that I am giving this tribute. I really got to know him when
my late big brother Hon. Johnson T. B Leaman and I visited his office at FDA and I
was introduced to him by my brother. From this time we never met again until I
applied for a position at the IAA in 2013. After the test, I was called upon for an
interview. It was during the interview I had my second discussion with him. I got
employed with the IAA we have been very close his death. DG was down to earth
person. He made me get use to him. He never one day called me by my name. He use to
call me Pekin. DG your death is still playing on me and family. Rest in peace as we
meet again on that faithful day. If you see my father, brothers and sisters, please
let them know that I am thinking them. Rest in peace. We love you but God loves you
best. Rest on my boss, my mentor and a professional Auditor.
