DAVID A. KEMAH, MBA, CPA DIRECTOR GENERAL

Mr. Ballah Davis is the Chief of Office Staff to the Director General of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), the equivalent of an Executive Director at the entity. As Chief of Staff, he supports the Director General with communications, scheduling of meetings with executives, partners and officials of government. In addition, he assists the Deputy Directors General with other administrative duties and functions. Besides, he actively manages the Director General’s time and schedule from pointless interferences and assists in decision-making processes and leading strategic initiatives. He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Liberia. Mr. Davis has several certificates in Financial/ Grant Management for NGOs, Banking Operations, Project Management, QuickBooks and Executive Leadership. Mr. Davis is also a co-founder and Administrative & Finance Manager of the Dense Development Initiative, an entity that is involved with training, marketing research, coaching, nurturing and business development & entrepreneurship for small start-up businesses. He has extensive managerial work experience in the banking sector, and played leading roles as Finance Manager and Administrator with both local and international NGOs.
