Administrative Oversight

The Administration (administrative) department is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the ministry or department. This can include managing budgetary matters, human resources, procurement, facilities management, and other administrative services.

Policy Implementation:

We collaborate with the Director General and other senior officials to implement policies and decisions made by national government or IAA. We ensure that policies are carried out effectively and in line with the overall goals and objectives.

Resource Management:

We help allocate resources efficiently within IAA or our department. This involves managing budgets, personnel, and other resources to ensure that programs and initiatives are adequately supported.


Crisis Management:

Assisting in managing crises or emergencies that may arise within the agency or department, including organizational, financial, or personnel-related issues.

Strategic Planning:

Participating in the development of strategic plans for the agency or department and aligning administrative strategies with overall organizational goals.
